Mare Island Golf Club Does it suck too?

A close friend was taking a bike ride yesterday at Mare Island which is his normal bike route.
As he was making a turn around the parking lot of the Mare Island Golf Clubhouse, an employee who was driving a cart chased him out shouting,
“This is private property and I will call the police if I see you again!”
Obviously the employee had no manners.
To yell instead of informing properly is very unprofessional.
Where could the Manager of that clubhouse be? Or could he be the Manager?
My friend is a CEO of company. If the employee knew who he was, I believe he would have been more polite(or not?).
The Mare Island Golf course could become the next Castle Pines granting that the people who own it should be more careful in choosing the people to run the Clubhouse.
