The Buttercup Kitchen Family Restaurant

Another One Bites the Dust

As my family was leaving the public library, we decided to have our dinner out at The Buttercup Kitchen family restaurant on Sonoma Blvd.We have seen the advertisement and thought to give it a try.

The people there were nice.

We ordered meatloaf which was too salty, "stir fried chicken with cashews" with no cashews and was also salty, baby-back ribs that were fatty.
The potatoes were cold, the gravy too thick, the lentil soup was salty, and bread came with no butter.

When we called for the check, we found that we were charged for a rootbeer float that we did not order.

It reminded me of the time when my writer friend told me once after having dinner at a restaurant, "They sure beat the army camp!"
